Abstract submission

Abstract submission has closed. Notification of acceptance has been sent to the submitting authors by February 28, 2022.

Preparation of full paper

For accepted authors, presentations at the symposium require the authors to submit a full paper, restricted to 6 pages. Templates are available at links below, and include guidelines for preparing the documents. Full paper should be submitted electronically by April 30, 2022. --- Note (April 27): We can wait until May 12.

Submission of full paper

Each full paper should be supported by a unique payment. For instance, two accepted papers (e.g. Submission IDs 1 and 2) are co-authored by A and B, either A or B should support ID 1, and the other should support ID 2. Papers without unique supporting registration will be removed from the program.

Submission of full paper needs to be done after completing the payment of supporting registration.

The link to full paper submission is made accessible to the registrant on the registration site operated by Nippon Travel Agency (NTA), the official travel agency of TSFP12.

Go to the Registration Site by NTA for registration and full paper submission

[Important] Please note that the submitting authors will have two sets of ID and password.
  • Registration page at NTA
    1. E-mail address: The e-mail address you use for Registration - if you are first to visit NTA page, please start from "Registration for new user." Without registration on the NTA page (which is different from that for abstract submission), "password reset" will never work.
    2. Password: The password you use for Registration, which is independent from that you used for abstract submission
  • Paper upload page linked from the Registration page above
    1. Submission ID
    2. Password: The password you used at the initial abstract submission

To see whether your full paper has properly been uploaded

Due to the specification of the system, auto-reply mail is *NOT* sent to the author on the submission of full paper. Instead, you can check your uploaded paper from:

View your uploaded paper

Select "Paper" from the "Type" tab, and login with your Submission ID and Password. If your paper is properly displayed, it means the file has been properly uploaded. Also, you are free to update (i.e., re-upload) the paper until May 12.
